A lady brought me lunch, real spicy
« on: October 31, 2019, 04:27:17 PM »
She said she made it spicy because she wanted to make sure I didn't share it with my female colleagues (who aren't Hmong).

The meat broth is as spicy as a papaya salad with five red chili peppers in it.

Where's the photo(s)??

Because there's a PH member that loves to see it so much because he's stuck in the basement... ;D ;D ;D

I don't have access to photo sites anymore.

Steamed freshly-harvested Hmong rice with hen stew--lemongrass, salt, and hot peppers.

Very Hmong.

Serious?

Any more than that I won't be able to taste the meat broth or the meat anymore.

I put at least 18-22  fresh peppers in mine.

Whoa! Not me. That would be just a hot-pepper dish itself then.

I put at least 18-22  fresh peppers in mine.
