There needs to be laws about the names that can and cannot be given to children because some names invite a "lifetime of mockery."  For example, if you give your kids outrageous names, which subject them to every day ridicule and mockery, you are deemed unfit to be a parent and your children should be taken away from you.  Too bad there are no such laws in America (yet).  Poor kids!
