Must be hard to see a newborn going through c-section herself, poor girl...:

Baby Born Pregnant With Her Sibling, Undergone C Section To Remove Her Twin

A baby girl named Itzmara and she was born through a C-section delivery, and 24 hours later this delivery, doctors performed a C-section on her too, because she had captivated her twin in the womb, and her mother reported that story.

According to our sources, when the mother, Mónica Vega of Barranquilla, Colombia, had an ultrasound at seven months of her pregnancy, then the doctors disclosed that she had two umbilical cords inside her innards. And one connected baby Itzmara to Vega, but the other connected Itzmara to a mass that was her parasitic twin reportedly.

And after her ultrasounds when doctors noticed this, they diagnosed Itzmara with a fetus in fetu, and it’s a rare condition where a malformed fetus is found in the mother body of its twin. And after examined the Itzmara and her mother’s condition doctors said they needed to deliver Itzmara right away through a C-section so they could then operate on the baby. But they were worried that if they didn’t remove the parasitic twin inside Itzmara, the mass could grow and there are chances that this surgery may injure the baby’s organs probably.

Clarification: the baby was not PREGNANT as theKing would have you believe. It absorbed its parasitic twin inside of itself so they had to cut it out.
