Doing things right and "by the booK" doesn't fit a person that is NOT "legit", and lacks common sense and "compassion" so it's no wonder he took the easy way out by preying on the weak and old such as purposely going "underground" to steal from them as well as "make fun" of them by giving them "spoilage" food...
