Some rookies gets their chances right off the bat but the majorities will serve as a bench warmers or sub in as needed basis.

I believe this free agency has more supply of QBs than the demands for QBs. I think it’s the first of its kind. Usually there are not enough QBs to go around the QB needy teams. Going to be interesting comes the 18th.
