How do you call this?

If she is from Laos, you automatically call her "Nkauj Mob Ab"

If she is from the USA, what do you call her?

Nkauj Hmoob Miskas is the best description.

That applies to young and old. In fact, those in their late 50s to early 60s using that label look precious to the young bucks in Laos. There's an association with wealth and a slight stability with that label.

The world Hmong population looks up to Nkauj Hmoob Miskas in every aspect of beauty and wealth.  Guys in America resort to overseas chicks just because those are more easily accessible in every way of access.

Overseas young bucks do. I know women here who are just scraping to get by and yet their bfs overseas think they have thousands to send through Moneygrams.
