you got three statement
income, balance, and cash flow

income=show how much the company is making monthly, quarter, annual, whatever they chose to report
balance= you can see how how much asset they have, liabilities
cash flow= not important, we will just avoid

when you look at a companies
you want to see that they are growing and making profit
$TWLO
you can see this companies is growing, and its debt is also growing
a lot of companies, when they are growing, they collect alot of debt
sometimes, not making any $$$ like amazon

This is so basic.  You gotta add them intangibles into it as well.

You want to ride them insider tips? You got to figure out them executives who are using their own money to buy their own shares.  If they are not investing in their own company, why should we?

HR,

Accounting is great, but it's hindsight after the dollars and cents are counted.  We are investing and trading.  We want to look FORWARD, and not BACKWARD.  Where will they be in 3-5 years?  That's far more impactful than saying what they did last 3 months.

If you look at TWLO they've been losing money but their stock price has skyrocketed until recently.  The CEO sandbagged the conference with lower guidance but they beat top and bottom.  Analyst are pretty much still bullish.  My option expires tomorrow so I'm out of the $$, but if it was at the end of the month, I would likely be in the money.  That's gambling you know on what the CEO will say and not say.

This is so basic.

It is "basic" and common knowledge but some times he can't even understand basic even with the visual aide of his choosing...In fact a PH member called him out publicly for his lack of "basic" decimal skills.. ;D

The real villain is looking at you.  The last hero was just not true.  If everything works out in the end.  It's because all things make amends.

a lot of company
they take in debt to grow their business even bigger

also, they have really good accountant
they write off tax break, loses, and depreciation

for example:  amazon bring in record breaking profit and they pay no taxes
because they write everything off

sorry, you and me can't write our car value off
