Wisemon...selling options is where the true money is at
« on: February 09, 2020, 07:24:11 PM »
Roulette is a 50/50 game if you decide to go that route
But you also got that damn green 0
That gives an edge to the house a little bit

Same with selling options
Its 50/50
But if the stock don’t move
Or move little in decay
You get that green 0 edge
Pretty much, you are the house

Why worry about "50/50" when you are the "hmong Nostradamus and is always right"?  ???

Shouldn't "always right" be considered 100% right??  ???

Kekeke.  The parabolic option against the market is worse than the roulette...It's literally playing a lottery ticket.  I hit TSLA option, didn't hit GOOS and TWLO.  TSLA option covered GOOS and TSLA equity cover TWLO.  The problem was trying to play catch up on YTEN.  I had a profit but got greedy and the stock got dumped at the resistance...I wanted to hit a target profit goal and that's not what one should be doing.  You simply go with the flow and when the flow moves against you (price action changes from buying to selling), you go with the flow by selling too.

Somedays you win, somedays you lose.  The good news is I ended Friday with my last trade being profitable.  Today even though I was lazy and didn't take up until 10am (usually 5:30am), my swing play gave me $600 profit...Still down for the month by $160 but getting back in the green.  Had I been discipline I would have played VTVT in premarket on clinical trials catalyst and PHUN on volume breakout.  You snooze you lose you know.  No more option playing until I figure it out better.

As long as I manage my risk, trade good setups, and bail, I will be fine.  Thanks for being concerned.  I would be much more concerned about your wasted potential at a 20k mindless job.  You should be making 50-60k.  You are losing 30-40k a year.  Compound that over 30 years and what about loss opportunities?  Your loss due to your mindset is staggering brother.  I am offering to help you, be an ear, and lend you my voice through my experiences.  I say the same to my siblings and they don't care too.  If you don't suffer, if you are comfortable, etc... you don't care to change.

Loss wage by diminishing your potential is REAL money bro.  Why make 20k when you can make 50-80k?  That’s staggering dude.  You lose 30-40k a year because of your mindset.  Let’s work on it.

It's not fair to the world that you are wasting your potential.   You must see that as the truth.  Self-actualization is what we were made to do...be our best version of ourselves.  Anything less is not fair to society.  Society is rotten because there are a lot of people who aren't trying to become their best version.  Greed is a form of not being your best version.  Sloth is a version of not being our best version.

I wonder if that "PRO" has enough common sense to know simple basic common knowledge that places like E-Trade has *inside information* or is he as clueless as the person below?  ???:

Etrade is only a stock brokerage
They only execute trading and selling

Theres no inside information
