Anybody seen that korean movie “parasite” that won alot of OSCAR award?

I haven't seen the movie myself but honestly I think Hollywood is trying to meet its status quo for diversity so they don't get hate!

When it comes to "good", that depends because it can be subjective...

When comes to "Don't judge me", no worries as you've already established your lying, cheating and stealing reputation years ago..

Seeing it is child's play. 

but more importantly is this.  Do you even know why it won?  Like a canvas of the masterpiece, if only the director's cut can show you what you have been missing.  This movie has so many "film as art" techniques and symbolism thus putting it on another level. 

Let me give you an example.  The rich and the poor.  Poor is associated with dark corners and rich can be seen with light and bright.  The slum is dark and dirty while being rich, you live in a house that is filled up with lights and being cleaned.  In our world, they are said that the rich tends to live up there in them mountains.  All you poor people can live underneath me like you can smell my feet.  Notice how when you see the scene at the rich house, the guy is walking upward like a set of stairs or an elevated driveway.  Notice how when he goes down, he's at the poor shack. 

There are a lot more of these "easter eggs" that we may missed.  The director won for a reason.  He's the mastermind behind his artwork.

it does a really good job at telling a story about THE RICH VS THE POOR
you have the poor scrapping by on left over
and the rich living high in their castle

forget 6ft tall wooden fences, these people got 30 feet concrete wall.... lol

pretending it's all rainbow and butterflies
remind me of that french story

where the pleasant came to the queen hungry and straving, and the queen say "let them eat cake"

My wife and I saw it.  I was alright.  It sends a good message but there's better Korean movies out there IMO.

3. The Spirit of Evil Lake or “Jaunbie.”

There’s another demon movie but I’ve forgotten it’s title.

Korean movies don’t have happy endings.
