True. It is safe to ask first. Or else just let them be.

If we didn't put them in that terrible situation in the first place, we aren't liable for anything they get into. We are not obligated to help them just because we are there.

don't go lifting people up without asking first

'SIR DO YOU NEED HELP GETTING UP???"

make sure you say it loud too, so other around people can hear you

don't want to see you get sue for being a good samaritan

Hahaha

Oh dayme you guys are closed too
What a sad day
Indeed

https://www.duluthnewstribune.com/sports/outdoors/5025325-DNR-to-Minnesotans-Outdoor-traditions-are-on-hold-recreate-close-to-home

State officials say the spirit of Gov. Tim Walz's “stay at home” order is that people not travel outside their communites for recreation, even if the letter of the law doesn’t say that.

That means don’t get on the highway and drive across the state or the county to go fishing, hunting, hiking or mushroom picking.

Our DNR tells me just now that such message has not come from the DNR itself.

We are still allowed to go fish anywhere in the state under the same terms we used to be able to last year. Same with smelting. The DNR just can’t guarantee the runs.

Looks like I’m goin’.

We're not visiting city officials or residents there. We are going to the rivers and lake at least six feet away from anyone's  home. They shouldn't be saying anything.

Tell your cronies to go.

Cities can be discriminatory . That’s against the Constitution.

Get a non-resident license and cross over to Duluth. I just talked to our DNR today and I was told it's open but just to practice social distancing.
