The real villain is looking at you.  The last hero was just not true.  If everything works out in the end.  It's because all things make amends.

I learned that the first date or the first few dates are all that important to a woman is because it sets the stage for what comes thereafter.

She remembers the first time in everything.

I do remembered all of my first dates but I rather not remember it though.  Why?  Cuz well when you slow things down and look back to reflect, you know you did all the wrongs in such first date.

If you somehow knows that your first date is also your last date, what would you have done differently?  For starters, I would tell them that I love them because them 3 letter words are rare but important these days and on the first date?  Like come on.  Then ghost her the day after.   :2funny:

Depends on which girl as there were too many but I'll use my last girlfriend date as an example:

First date: Took the 1 and rode our bikes to Half-Moon Bay, grab lunch at the Thai restaurant in the main shopping center right off Main street and 1, took a walk along the beach, conversing, getting to know each other better, shook hands and part ways.

Second date: Took the 1 and rode our bikes to Bodega Bay, grab chowder bowls (she prefers Manhattan, I prefer New England) at a seafood shack there, walking and hopping along the rock barriers where I used to do crabbing, sat at the last rock to just chill, hold hands, cuddles, and talk about life, families, knowledge and experiences, escort her back to Sausalito and kissed her, she invited me to stay so we made passionate love, and I went home the next morning.

Third date: She invited me over to her place so she can make me some herbed lamb chop, hung out at her place enjoying the view of Angel Island, SF, etc., from her home's front window off of
Ridge Way, took a walk along her neighborhood, enjoying the good weather and moonlight reflecting off the sea water, made passionate love, then I left the next morning.

Not a date but more like a gang bang or a bukake in the making..

but back in the 80's and even early 90's, I would go with my older brothers and cousins to visit Hmong girls at their homes (their parents' homes actually)...

Basically, just show up and knock on their door. It's always a good courtesy to ask if their home has any restriction in regards to having guests due to religious reasons even if the home has indicators by the front door..because sometimes they forget to take it down.

Sometimes we walked in and there's already a group of guys there hounding at available girl in that household...

It was a primitive and inefficient system IMO..so I stopped going with them.. ;D ;D ;D

Those were the days...parents picked me...but girl didn't.  A gentleman by Hmong standards will always win the parents...but almost never the girl.

First time I ever took a girl out, I had to go ask her dad for permission. Her dad wasn't strict, but I returned her home shortly after dinner in order to avoid being forced to get married to her.  We were already in our 20s.

Second time I wanted to get to know a girl, her mother demanded that I go see her at her house. I asked for their phone number when I met them at the celebration and her mother gave me their address, not their phone number.

With those experiences, I never dated again for eight years or so. At that time, the divorce rate was surging in the Hmong community. Girls didn't listen to their parents anymore. So, I was able to go to an Italian restaurant with a divorced girl.

Unfortunately, that girl was talking only about her ex the whole time we were going through our huge salad bowls and the entrees. So, I never dated her again.

So now you know I have three ex's.
