San Francisco bans large crowds including Warriors games for 2 weeks because of coronavirus

San Francisco is banning gatherings of more than 1,000 people for at least two weeks because of the coronavirus, a decree that will impact Golden State Warriors home games.

Mayor London N. Breed made the announcement Wednesday morning.

Warriors to play Thursday without fans

The order will impact at least two Warriors home games. The Warriors are scheduled to host the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday and the Atlanta Hawks on March 25.

The Warriors later announced that they will play Thursday’s game without fans.

I wonder how are they going to make that cheering and chanting noise? 

It will feel like street ball.  The ball goes in and no cheering.

Looks like it'll affect March Madness too  ???:

"NCAA tournament games will be played with no fans in the stands, just 'essential staff' and select family members"

It’s sweeping across the world of sports.

Jazz game was postponed after a player tested positive.

Soccer games in England and Italy are being played to empty stadium.

Cot dam chit is starting to look like a Steven king movie

Guys on both teams were about to play.  Now they all are being quarantined in their locker rooms.   Wuhan, what not to fear?

Red day again on the stock market tomorrow.  If anything,  sports do help out a country from their turmoil but what would happen when an entity like sports are now being useless to help support a frailing country?
