They can borrow money from uncle sam for 0% interest


But if the average small fish joe borrow from the bank
Its probably 3-4% interest

you need to look at the 10 years rate/ sitting at 1.1%
that for us   
small fish

add another 1%-2% in there for middleman aka administration because they need to eat too
so you get like 3-4% interest mortagage


just start a saving account at marcus by goldman sach (that's where i put my saving)
the saving rate there is 1.7%
better than chase  0.10%
