In all fairness, they live in urban areas and take public transit where they easily spread this stuff.  Plus many aren't even quarantining themselves.  Some are still holding large parties and don't care about the virus because they think it's no big deal.  Not to mention, many don't even know how to cook and have to eat out where they can easily catch it from others who have to work to pay bills, even when they're sick and can easily spread it.
