I mean an easy and simple answer such as name of that business or an address and phone number would suffice but since it's a LIE, not going to happen..

they pretty good eating too
they raise some good hmong chicken, pig, and cow

Slaughtering a cow is easy, especially if they have a lift, like the one on HWY 55.   They hang it up and all you do is strip the skin using a filet knife.
Then cut up the cow in pieces and into your truck. 

If they don't have a lift, need 4-5 guys to hold the legs while you take the skin off.

Much easier than killing pigs... or chickens.
