Is it true that it takes 5 years just to get a jocky body? I use myfitnesspal app on my phone to calculate my food through weighing it in grams or ounces.

As a skinny guy who's afraid of getting fat from bulk, how do you still maintain the muscles to look good in the mirror while bulking? I really need help on bodybuilding.
