They are weak leaders and their policies create chaos.

When you don't uphold the expectations and always walk back, you are going to have citizens who don't know how they're suppose to act and then cops feel like their work isn't taken seriously anyways. Yet they're getting blamed, you are going to get incompetent policing.

Demonrats are always changing rules and expectations. No wonder the people are confused about what is legal and illegal. No wonder many of them are confused as to what is or isn't permissible. What is or isn't a social norm. Then they get confronted by cops who tell them that they've broken laws unbeknownst to them. They resist because they don't feel they've done anything wrong. This frustrates cops who are just trying to do their job. They get yelled at if they don't clean up the crime.
