The potential filing, first reported by Bloomberg, could hand control of the Oklahoma-based group to the creditors holding around $9 billion in outstanding debt and send shockwaves around an industry struggling to cope with this year's 40% plunge in U.S. crude prices.

You know my bag is not chk but it is connected to chk..

I spoke and bough it when it was super low in the 30 cents or so...

Took a peak yesterday and overall, Mine grew to 800%+ in the green.  Sold some of course but left some cuz I still want action in this one.   It went down big time.   My ticker is WLL, straight up market manipulation and insider trader to trap the public's money.  Investigation on the way and I wouldn't be surprise if I would get a letter in the mailer as well to join their suit, even though I already sold it for a profit.
