..of getting something more efficient and saving more money as well as the environment in the long run because improvements have come a long way since the 90s..
I thought about fixing her up instead of replacing her with a more efficient unit but nah, she already put in the time and did her job, it's time to let her ride off into the sunset..

It's common knowledge for many but even if the natural gas line has a shut off valve, you should still put some sealant on the thread and cap it if you don't plan to use it for a while..for safety reasons
