..of getting something more efficient and saving more money as well as the environment in the long run because improvements have come a long way since the 90s..

I thought about fixing her up instead of replacing her with a more efficient unit but nah, she already put in the time and did her job, it's time to let her ride off into the sunset.. O0:

It's common knowledge for many but even if the natural gas line has a shut off valve, you should still put some sealant on the thread and cap it if you don't plan to use it for a while..for safety reasons O0:
