that company is part of the homebuilder/reit/etc... sector
they run in BOOM and BUST cycle
1. when the economy is doing good= people buy home=people built more home to be purchase
2. when the economy is doing bad= people stop buying home= people built less home
i won't touch it man
once them eviction protection get lift
people going have to backpay 4-5 month of rent/mortgage
going see alot of foreclosure home hit the market, lots of houses
