..in regards to motorized vehicles..

Worst ever: This photo was taken after it was towed from Merced, CA to my home ...Thank goodness for AAA roadside services:

Best thus far: This guy is little but with it's updated version of the legendary bulletproof 22R engine took a beating for many miles and it just keeps on ticking like nothing:

Toyotas are so durable that a Caucasian couple have had only three Camry in their lives so far into their 50s. They tell me they'll buy one more Camry and that will be it for them for life.

buys a new car every 10 years sounds about right.

Just got to be a dependable one that can last for 10 years or 300k miles, whichever comes first

You cannot go wrong with Toyota. I have had Corona, Camry, pickup, Rav4, Lexus, and Tacomas. All wonderful cars, very reliable.

Yep, I've owned an auto from every major brand so this is my overall ranking of the top 3 based on my personal experience:

1. Toy
2. Honda
3. Datsun/Nissan

As far as motorcycles go...

The worst was the Maxim but to be fair, it was also my first bike and I got it for dirt cheap (black one on the bottom left corner photo):

The best one thus far was the Hornet 900/919:

not stereotyping but the majority of curry people I see are either camrys corollas for toyota or accord civics for honda.

They must of known something.  When you are economically sound or cheap, you drive it till it dies.
