Idiotic news did not mentioned about the thief and the parent who left the child in the car. I wonder what happen to them after the child has been found. lol

Should mom be charged for leaving her toddler in the car? I say yes because she knowingly put her daughter in harms way by chancing it.

At least the thief had enough brain cells to leave the car with the toddler in it because stealing a car usually gets a misdemeanor but kidnapping usually gets a federal felony...when caught.
