That's VP Pence putting his word in Trump's mouth to keep their base, nothing more.  Any time a person say a blessing in disguise, something good suppose to come out of it.  So far, nothing good has come out of that.

Have not seen any hard factual evidence about it either so I'll just chalk it up as another fake made up claim in regards to "God's blessing"..
