She's 24, he's 64 and he wants to get married

The age gap is not a problem since both are consenting adults but if she is smart, she should wait til he get his sh!t together first  O0:

Iím 24 and dating a 64-year-old man. He wanted to get married, but I discovered he never got divorced. Have I been conned?

ĎHeís everything Iíve ever wanted in a person: Heís smart, funny, intelligent, caring and handsomeí

Dear Moneyist,

I am 24 years old and I have been in a relationship with a 64-year-old man for five years. He is financially secure, he takes us on vacations, and he wanted to get married when we first met. He was in the U.S. Army and has been married for 30-plus years with two adult kids.

He and I took a trip to a lake and had an amazing time. I later found out that we were there so that he could finalize his divorce. That never happened, and I was never informed. Nor did I ask questions. I trusted him. Iím really not sure how to go forward with our relationship. I confronted him about not being divorced, and his excuse was he didnít have enough time.

Age is a problem since 24 x 3 is about 3 times her senior.  That is like me going to the superbowl 3 times to you as 1.  Experiences will dominate you sort of.

AT 24, it is still like taking candy from a baby.  Now at 34, it gets a little harder because in 10 years, she would then have that 10 years of experiences to know how to weed out guys like myself.

You get hurt a few times and you wiser up.

She's 24 and dumb enough to fall in love with a homewrecker. Period

Yup. She should wait for him to divorce first. Or else she isn't going to get any of his assets, especially now that she already knows he's still married.

There are two ways a woman can get a man's asset and vice versa:

1. Get married without any pre-nuptials, and
2. Get married to a person whose marital status is unknown.

I think this man feels he's going to lose a lot to the wife if he divorces. So, he'd rather not divorce and just plays around with the single doll.
