No, some Hmongs will vote Republican.  Some like the idea of having an authoritarian government.

Dude, don't be fooled. Free market is a great idea, but Republican's aren't fighting for it like they claim.  I mean, Trade war with China? Embargos? Giving money to Farmers who can't sell? Giving money to Airlines who can't make it?  Does that sound like a free market to anyone?
