Will there be Hmong Pahawh on Google Translate?
« on: November 09, 2020, 12:27:32 PM »
I want it to be there and I don't mind if Hmong borrows the technique of Chinese type writing functions in order to write it more easier.

What's your opinion on this?

Nah, it'll be confusing as the Chinese's "Simple and Traditional" versions.
Just keep our language pure as it's was now and then. Thai and Laotian kept theirs pure.

Since y'all haven't noticed that the Mekas from the churches in Utah speak Hmong fluently than our Hmong millennials.

No bruh. I may be a horrible explanation guy, but have you used Chinese keyboard when switching it on your computer? My mac has it and I think it's better that way in my opinion. They use the Chinese keyboard input, for example, "ni hao," will turn automatically into "你好." I use the Chinese keys on my phone and my computer. Now imagine we adopt the functions of the mechanism in that. Plus, I believe that it's ok to take some Chinese words that are the same to Hmong and apply it to tell the reader that this word is borrowed to indicate the reader.

For example:

1. Mas = 吗
2. Phooj Ywg = 朋友
3. Nas = 呢
4. Lawm = 了

If the Japanese people use their Kanji and have Chinese writings in it, why not Hmong? The words that are borrowed, we have to indicate the reader that this is borrowed. Why not?

I thought we suppose to keep our language and our culture secret like our Hmong embroidery since the Chinese don't have the clues what they means.  ;D  O0

Like this fawkery, Jay Leno aka Gay Laidlow, discriminating and belittling the Hmong language.  No respect for this Italian mafia.

Unlike Jay Leno,  Bill Maher (Half Jewish half Italian) wouldn't spewing nonsense about anyone's culture. I'll give this guy some respect even though he's an Atheist and his parents were devout Catholic.

Ah, he's a fawking sadduceese. That explains why.

Welp...how would you fix the Google translate system for Hmong Pahawh? Our people need to be part of that.
