Festival Foods has a sale on their "premium" beef. 10oz and 14-16oz. Marbling isn't half bad. Price ranges from $8-$16.

beef is beef
i buy and eat the beef from walmart sometimes
it's hard to tell
unless you have super great taste like chef ramsey

im trying to stay healthy these days, so i chose the leaner meat
lesss marble, less fat
again it's all preference
i trim those fat off, can't be eating those
