How when they all use the blind fold, the gingles, and the table?
My grandpa is a shaman and they all don't use the same blind fold. There's a difference between the red and black blind fold. It also depends on the illness or sickness the person has and not all shaman jump on their bunch (table whatever you wanna call it) |

Yes, there is a way of getting out of being a shaman. For instance, my grandparents were both shamans and my aunt, their daughter, was chosen to be a shaman at a very young age but, they didn't want her to be a shaman. So, both my grandparents asked the dab neeb to return or something like that. They had to do a ritual of some sort to ask the dab neeb to return and don't bother my aunt again. |

I have heard that if a shaman dies, its spirit will return to bestow its shaman duties upon its decendants, i.e., if your maternal grandmother was a shaman, chances are that you or one of your female siblings will be in line to receive that gift. Anyway, it was just a rumor.
It's probably true but my mom said there are possible ways when they die, they can take it all with them... |

No they won’t stop there, they just pass it to the younger generation. More than likely if your parent was a shaman and when they die either you or one of your brothers/sisters will be a shaman. This is possible because of family line (like the Yang can’t eat the heart), and so it passes to generation after generation unless someone decided to break the bondage. This is a spiritual issue, but there are ways to break it though…  |

mmmmm...from wat i knoe they seem to chant the same song, but if u can understand them they are very different. it just like talking hmong if u don't understand it then whenever a person speak you think they are saying the same thing. They also enter the "other" world i differently. I am not a Shaman and i may be wrong. But from watching my father...i think i am about rite...excuse me if i am wrong
