Carr and every QB needs to be like pretty boy Brady...take a lower pay cut and share it among your linesmen, they're the ones who will protect you, they're the ones to buy you time and with all those efforts, you get to make all the great plays...even winning multiple championships.  No matter how talented you are, without a good offensive linesmen, you can't make any plays.
DCarr along with all the QB's in league...they're all great but do they have the loyalty of the linesmen like Brady.

That’s very true. Carr had that “Carr insurance” offensive linemen for a few years and he can only mustards an 8-8 record at best. His issues are the inability to extend plays with his feet and inaccurate mid range throws. In my book he’s simply a average, and average is not SB bound when our defense isn’t top five.

You can have a Mahomes and a Russel with a top ten defense and you can still win a super bowl.
