Santa Cruz county CA want to change the rule/law that a person can't call 911 base on race... meaning if a black person is committing a crime and you're not black, keep your mouth shut and eyes closed... don't call the cop. Same thing with white committing crime and no other race can call the cop.

What fool came up with this... they think crime is bad, wait until this pass and see what happened. I mean the insanity of petty crime rule is already bad enough.
