Y'all might seen him before on sonny's show the best food review on YouTube.  Well they were there recently at the MN state fair and this viet chef guy went n try the Hmong village food for a review.

He was not honest in his review.  the food he ate was nasty...he just didn't want to offend anyone so he gave it an above mediocre review.
However, I do applaud his recognition for the Hmong community in Minnesota.  Would have loved to meet him and treat him to some real Hmong food...like chicken blood pepper, cow poop soup, hmong goat curry and zaub mos ab;)

was hoping to see him trying kapoon and nava but then again, he might say that kapoon is a lao dish and not a hmong dish.

well at least he says the papaya salad was flavorful   O0

There is another hmong eatery like 15 minutes away and heard that one is the real deal/flea market better quality food.

if you see it on sonny's channel then it is live and opening cuz they were just there like a month ago.
