W/ denomination, if you focus on the small thing, you get lost.  Stick w/ the big picture. 

Ex:  Hmong. If we focus on the little things, white hmong, green hmong, clans, etc.. all those little stuff, we lose the big picture in that we're still Hmong.  All those little stuffs create divisions, etc.. Not good.

Denominations are like that.
