The beast with 10 horns are the economy problem.

10 nations will rise to unite and form into one. It's called, "The Core Nation." The 10 core nation, you will find it. The dragon is China.

The second beast with two horns, I don't know. It will be coming pretty soon.

The 10 horns are the Core Nations that are united with the economy since they believe in the New World.
