Sabaidee Fest
« on: March 16, 2022, 07:36:03 PM »
WHAT IS SABAIDEE FEST?
Sabaidee Fest will be the first and largest Lao and Thai cultural festival in the United States. This 2-day festival will feature a lineup of international artists, entertainment, and food.

Featured artists include:
Sophana, GX2, T Jame Uno, Nutdao, Zamio P, Singto NumChok, VKL, Laostha, Heartbreaka, Alanni, Bounseung Synanonh, and more!

Sabaidee Fest is hosted by Laos Supply, a brand and movement that has supported and advocated for the Lao community since 2018.

In our first phase of making Sabaidee Fest a reality, we must sell 3,000 presale tickets within 30 days. After completing this goal, we can move forward with securing the venue and dates, which is tentatively August 6-7, 2022. In the case that we are unable to meet our presale ticket goal, it is likely we'll schedule the festival for 2023.

All tickets are 100% refundable.

Me, too. I grew up with Lao people. Couldn't  help it when I was born right inside the country.

I've had a good and a bad experience each with a Lao kid. One guy found my book and brought it to school for me. The bad incident: I was running to the corner of the school building from one side along the wall; he was running to the same corner from the other side; we didn't see each other and didn't know we were both heading to the same corner at the same time; then, BAM! I ran right into him and he right into me as we both appeared at the corner; we were the same heights...we bounced back from each other and fell onto the ground.

I grew up along Laotion folks, I would go if I lived in CA.  Then again the folks I knew aren't particularly law abiding citizens :2funny:
