You can't tell what a leader looks like, Maxwell says.
« on: April 10, 2022, 06:41:29 AM »
A leader can be fat, young, tall, old, short, even slim and yet sick. Even a higher education degree doesn't always equate to
being a leader. Nor one who is on suits and uniforms all the times.

So, look alone won't give you a clue who the leader is.

But, like Sun Tzu has said in "The Arts of War", if you see or hear birds fly, you know the enemy is near--you can feel a person's leadership by
how his or her people perform
: people with a true leader consistently demonstrate superior performance.

If his or her people perform superiorly, you know he or she is a true leader. If they perform poorly, you know their leader isn't good or isn't a leader at all.--John C. Maxwell, Leadership Educator.
