Joy Behar sited some examples of "Sex Strike" to promote her "Sex Strike" talking point to stop the SCOTUS and their vote to move abortion back to the states. She want bleeders/menstruating person to use pu$$y power to get their way 

Honestly though, I don't think it's a voluntary for Joy, I think she's already and can't have sex even if she wants too... now she want to push Leftie/Demmie women (Now they know what women are) to follow suit.
