There's a little bit of truth in that. We ALL end up dying eventually. Ultimately though it's the journey, not the destination. Imagine if you put into work as much effort as you do all aspects of your life.
YOU put yourself in that situation. Reiterating what others have already said, time to look at a new career.Personally I love that work is challenging. It's fortunate I get compensated sufficiently for my effort.
