Leadership Law No. 6: The Law of Solid Ground

Trust is needed for leadership; trust builds the solid ground of leadership, says Maxwell.

That's quite obvious. Why would anyone follow someone they didn't trust? I wouldn't and I haven't.

To gain trust, a person must have competence, connection, and character, according to Maxwell.

Among these, character stands up above.
