Court awarding custody of her child to her rapist then charged her child support

He’s older, he has the police as clients and they’re really not investigating but she was raped, had a baby. He found out it was his and got custody. Now she has to pay child support too?

That judge must not have looked to the child's interests.

Just because someone's an authority figure, doesn't mean you can rely on them.
