Ever fished at night?
« on: June 14, 2022, 07:30:09 PM »
I love night-fishing for catfish.

This past weekend, I caught my limits in one night.

It's a lost night if you don't fish when you are by a lake or river for the night.

Yes I have and when hungry when just grill the fish we caught over an open fire on the spot as we continue to fish over night.

That sounds like camping and surviving in the wild.

It was a beautiful night under a full moon. Mini camping for those who don’t fish lol

Go where there are no restrictions if you want to fish at night. Bigger fish come at night.

Night fishing is great!  Bigger catfish feed more so at night.  Bigger sturgeons feed more so at night.  In summer time under full moon.  One can catch bigger largemouth bass as well.

But watch out, as sometimes the big alligator snapping turtles will come out too close to shoreline.

The real villain is looking at you.  The last hero was just not true.  If everything works out in the end.  It's because all things make amends.

Where I am, there are no gators.

Snapping turtles have bitten my fish before.
