Is Dereck Carr a Hall of Fame QB?

His new number 1 receiver thinks so. I think DA is trying to get as many passes as possible going his way this coming season...  ;D ???:

I don't think Carr is a HOFer.  Of course DA is going to say that about his friend and current qb.  What else do you guys expect him to say, he no good?

He's still a Raider so as a Raiders fan I can only hope for the best for my team...which why I hope DA is right and Carr can be a H of F caliber QB in the near future and help us win... ???

I would love to be wrong,  but this isn’t year one for Carr so we pretty much have seen his best. Like I said, he’s just average. Not even in top ten in my opinion.
