Uh, you can fired that many rounds with a semi-automatic hand guns too if you have clip that can hold that many ammunition.
30 rounds per 10 sec (that's pushing it and probably achieved by gun expert) the regular joe can best do 20 rounds per 10 sec. with very minimim accuracy. The faster you shoot the less accurate you are.
