Go buy another overpriced house  :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:

This is a sellers' market for sure...
There was a house I almost bought (before I bought my current residence) 7 years ago for $180G. I didn't because it didn't have a basement and kitchen/dining area was small and weird. Funnie thing was, it had a bidet in the master bathroom. Guess how much that house is valued at currently... close to $400G.

My house is valued at $300+ and I bought it @ $160G. However, I'm not going to sell just because of the price.

Prices of homes will get cheaper soon, it’s turning. Check out how many listings in Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, and Charlotte.

Sell and come to california and be theking's neighbor.   :2funny:

Rn in Cali can make 100K a year with experience.  There you go, make the money here and pump it back to your chit hole of a town and in 10 years, you can buy the whole block and then move back and retire young.

I was gonna do this in MN.  Got a condo, good redneck area for just $10k down payment.  It then became my MN pad when I'm there and when I'm not there, had to sell cuz no one was gonna baby sit it.  Think I sold it to a hmong family of 3.  I had ideas to turn my condo into a pornhub type of a set too   :2funny:

A factor that no one is talking about when it comes to housing.

Them baby boomers are getting older so they are going to downsize or go live in a retirement home so all them houses will be back on the market.  If there are more supply, the prices will go down.  Right now, some home prices and depending on areas are already dropping their prices.  People are panic selling because they do not want to lose the overpriced and high value of their homes right now.

Just need biden to effed up the country to get a flash sale going on.  You can do it joke biden.  I'm not counting on you but I'm all ready when that happens.   O0

Classic loan shark mentality.  They offer to pay more, knowing that they will charge you more than that afterwards.

The real villain is looking at you.  The last hero was just not true.  If everything works out in the end.  It's because all things make amends.

If their homes are crappy, they need to flip it quick while it still has value.

They might not see the same value to their crappy homes again or even have anyone interested in a crappy home.

Buy crappy home for cheap, destroy it and rebuilt.  The land must be nice.
