You have the right to say no to your in-laws & if they can't handle it, FK them

In-laws are guilting pregnant mom and husband into making a 7-hour trip to visit them even though she could give birth ‘at any time’

A pregnant first-time mom’s in-laws are demanding that she and her husband make a seven-hour trip to visit them, even though she’s eight-and-a-half months pregnant. Not only that, but they also refuse to take “no” for an answer.

She explained that her in-laws moved out of state a few months ago and are a seven-hour drive away. The woman and her husband haven’t been able to visit them due to his busy work schedule and her difficult pregnancy.

There is no baby to begin with as she's still pregnant and if the "in-laws" continue to push and that couple take that 7 hour journey to visit, there may be no baby at all per that late term "difficult pregnancy"...due to the risks associated with it.

The in-laws should have enough common sense to realize that they are putting mama and her unborn baby at risk with this kind of demand...

Imagine if something like this Orange County jail case happen during the 7 hour road trip and the baby didn't make it in time to a facility that can provide proper delivery:

A pregnant inmate who claimed her baby died after staffers at a California jail stopped at a Starbucks en route to the hospital has been approved to receive a $480,000 settlement.

The Orange County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the proposed settlement Tuesday for the delayed transportation of Sandra Quinones to a hospital in 2016, according to minutes of the meeting. NBC News has reached out to the county board for comment.

Quinones filed a complaint against Orange County, California, in April 2020, alleging wrongful death and infliction of emotional distress in the death of her child.

Quinones was in Orange County jail and six months pregnant on March 28, 2016, when her water broke, according to the complaint.

She pushed the call button in her cell with no response for two hours, the complaint said. Staffers at the jail failed to call an ambulance and transported her to the hospital on a “non-emergency basis,” it said.

She accused the defendants of acting with “deliberate indifference” to her medical needs — including stopping at a Starbucks on the way to the hospital, instead of taking her directly there.

Quinones and her baby were hospitalized and her child died, the complaint said.

The case was dismissed in October 2020 with prejudice upon the grounds that her claims were barred by California’s two-year statute of limitations and she didn't sufficiently support her claims.

She claimed the incident took place March 2016 but didn’t launch the lawsuit until about three-and-a half years later on September 9, 2019 when she was added to a separate civil action case against the county.

Therefore if those in-laws are that selfish and inconsiderate to the point where they don't even care about the health and safety of your future grandchild then they are not worth the time, and yes FK them.

A lot of people don't care about the life of an unborn baby. In fact, they march and protest about protecting women's right not to have the baby - and one who is healthy, too.

Why is it unforgivable and wicked if an unhealthy pregnancy is naturally terminated on its own?

This is why as a society we need to set a standard that applies in all situations. Unborn babies are precious and must be protected. Women do not get to decide when a baby has value and is a human being.
