Going full EV vehicle? Here's something to consider...
« on: October 04, 2022, 09:32:44 AM »
What's the cost to replaced those batteries if they go bad or get damage? Most EV "warranty" for 8 yrs or 100,000 miles on these batteries, however, it's only for normal wear and tear. If you happened to get in an accident or somehow damage the battery yourself, it's going to cost you an arm and leg. And don't even think about getting off brand batteries, they're not going to last long...

Depending on the model and size of EV you own, a Prius would set you back around $2,500 + labor, a Tesla would set you back $20,000 + labor. The bigger the battery, the more cost to replace.

Just keep that in mind if you're shopping for EV vehicle  O0

So, can you afford a $4000 new engine for a $20,000 gas vehicle? That's basically the same...

But according to your Dem buddy Butt-I-get, you should all just go out and get them instead of complaining about gas price  :2funny: :2funny:
