Looks similar to what they eat at Hmong traditional wedding except at the Yang’s gathering I’ve been to, they don’t served hearts. Still good nonetheless. Every once in a blue moon, I make that at home.

If you want to impress the boys, this is what you get.   Goes good with beer.  Even better if we are doing a catch and cook on an open fire by the river.  Boys bonding moments they calling it.
