All this rain creating floods and down trees that took out a few powerlines thus why you get them blackouts.

What worse are them potholes.  I ran over a few in livermore on the way up that mountain but luckily for me, I just had 4 new tires installed the week prior so I was ok.  It was at night, visibility was low due to them rain and everyone just stayed in their lane at 60mph on that highway stretch.  7 cars were on the right side with blown out tires due to them pot holes.  They could of gone after the city for damages to their vehicles with pot holes.  I worried for more vehicles right behind me as all of them will have to go through them pot holes.  I drove over that stretch again on the following day and already saw the city crew folks working on filling them pot holes.

More rain coming.  Lay low if you don't have to drive and be safe out there.
