...couple enjoying the breath taking natural beauty of the Grand Canyon along the way. Not sure if they traveled all the way there from Wisconsin though  ???:

Was there this past year. Scorching hot at both places. Even swam in Lake Mead before all the dead bodies  :2funny:

Long ago, you can practically drive on Hoover Dam to Arizona side and back and not much restrictions. Now with a parking structure and lots of tourists, they have a security checkpoint, armed guards and dogs. Safe to say dogs are there to sniff certain items. I always carried on long distance trips so I avoid the main attraction there. Instead, seeing Hoover from a distance is also nice if not better.
