Where is that believe the science person at?

Cause... I don't know what to believe here...

Jan. 2019 study by Finland University concluded that 1 egg a day, lower risk of type 2 diabetes... The American Diabetes Association thinks they're great and recommend people with diabetes should eat them regularly.

Nov. 2020... Eating just one egg a day regularly increases your risk of diabetes by 60% - A new research from the University of South Australia—in partnership with the China Medical University and Qatar University found.

So, which science should we believe in? Hmmm... I guess it depend if you're a egg farmer or not.

My science is shown on the packages.

Look at them cholesterol and compare them with pork and process meat.   This is for comparison.  Unhealthy hotdogs are only 40mg or less.
