So we're using Custom Theme "hero". On the homepage "header" there is an overlap. On the overlap are three images (icons). When you click on the icon they link you to another page or open up a .pdf. I need to be able to edit the links. They were working fine before but now when I click the "edit", I don't get the pop-up for me to insert new links.
